Your content
You retain all rights to videos and assets you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you process through ClipForge.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ClipForge to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
API keys & third-party services
You are solely responsible for the security, usage limits, and billing associated with any third-party API keys you configure.
No warranty
ClipForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
