Overview

ClipForge is a browser-based video editing tool. We minimize data collection and give you full control over your content and credentials.

Video content

Videos you upload are processed locally in your browser. They are not transmitted to ClipForge servers. If you enable AI features, relevant segments may be sent directly from your browser to the AI provider you configured.

API keys

Developer API keys you enter on the Settings page are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. We never receive, log, or back up these keys.

Analytics & cookies

ClipForge uses minimal, privacy-preserving analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Third-party providers

When you enable AI features, you are subject to the privacy practices of the configured providers. Review their policies before enabling those features.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any account-level data by contacting support@clipforge.app.
